Waited 28 days but never received the order. Emailed after 14 days and they told me to wait, emailed them several times after but received no response.

After I contacted the representative again via email he went out of his way to correct the shipping mishap (UPS just took way longer than the posted 7- 14 day window) and acknowledged the problem. The vendor shipped another unit that same day by 1st class mail and kept in contact.

I know that small packages over long distances take time but the combination of a slow UPS and border delays were to blame, not the sender.

At first I was disappointed with the service but the willingness of the company to investigate, communicate via email, phone and take immediate action was impressive.

Received to order very late but I am happy with the product and the follow-up.

I would definitely order any product from this vendor in the future and hope that they would find away to speed-up the delivery process.
